Performance and Application of HA-F90C
This product is a formaldehyde-free fixing agent.
HA-F90 is a high-performance product with a significantly lower dosage compared to ordinary fixing agents.
Even at low dosages, it can remarkably improve the washing fastness and perspiration fastness of dyed fabrics.
It does not affect the water absorbency or hand feel of fabrics.
Exhibits extremely low color change during fixing, with no adverse effects on light fastness, perspiration fastness, or seawater fastness.
Shows excellent fixing effects on domestic reactive dyes. After fixing treatment, the color fastness generally reaches level 3.5-4 or higher.
Application of HA-F90C
The dosage of the fixing agent is determined by factors such as dye type (category and color), dyeing concentration, fiber material, and the expected color fastness of dyed fabrics.

Dip Dyeing Process: Dilute the fixing agent with 2-3 times water at room temperature, add it to the liquid tank, circulate it into the dyeing cylinder within 5-10 minutes, heat to 40-60℃, treat for 10-20 minutes, then rinse and dry after fixing.
Padding Process: Treat the dyed materials by padding at 20-40℃.

Packaging: 50Kg plastic drums.
Storage & Transportation: Store and transport as general chemicals.
Shelf Life: 2 years. Store in a dry, ventilated place.
