    EL-40 Performance and Applications

    1. Solubility & Properties:
      • Easily soluble in water, fatty acids, and other organic solvents.
      • Excellent emulsifying performance, suitable for O/W (oil-in-water) emulsification systems.
    2. Industrial Applications:
      • Printing & Pharmaceuticals: Emulsifier for inks and pharmaceutical formulations.
      • Pesticides: Emulsifier for organophosphate pesticides.
      • Oil Emulsification: Emulsifies various plant, animal, and mineral oils.
    3. Textile Industry:
      • Spinning & Wool Processing:
        • Component of wool oil and chemical fiber oil agents, providing emulsification.
        • Improves antistatic effects when blended with other antistatic agents.
        • Eliminates foam in synthetic sizing solutions and acts as a protective colloid in wool spinning.
      • Hard Water Resistance: Maintains efficacy in hard water, easy to rinse off.
    4. Petroleum & Metalworking:
      • Crude Oil Dehydration: Demulsifier for oilfield crude oil.
      • Metal Cutting Fluids: Formulates water-soluble metal cutting fluids.
    5. Pharmaceutical Grade:
      • Solubilizer for pharmaceutical preparations (HEL-40 variant).

    EL-40 Packaging and Storage

    • Packaging: 200kg iron drums or 50kg plastic drums.
    • Storage & Transportation: Non-flammable. Store and transport as general chemicals.
    • Storage Conditions: Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area.
    • Shelf Life: 2 years.
