Technical Norm of HA-LF

Composition: Mixture of cresol anionic surfactants
Appearance: Yellow transparent liquid
Ionicity: Anionic
Specific Gravity: 1.05

Performance and Application of HA-LF

It is a highly active penetrant in high-concentration sodium hydroxide solutions.

Sedimentation Rate Test:

Sedimentation time: 7 seconds (time for greige cotton strips to sink and disappear from the liquid surface)
HA-LF concentration: 3 g/L
NaOH concentration: 30°Beˊ or 54°Tw
Temperature: 20℃

*Conditions: Add 3 g/L HA-LF to 50 ml of 30°Beˊ NaOH solution, pour into a 100 ml cylindrical container, shake vigorously 10 times at 20℃.

Excellent stability in NaOH solutions at 30°Beˊ or 54°Tw.
Facilitates removal of residual alkali in subsequent processes.

Dosage:

For greige fabrics: 4.0-8.0 g/L
For scoured fabrics: 2.0-4.0 g/L
For bleached fabrics: 1.0-2.0 g/L

Packaging and Storage of HA-LF

Packaging: 50Kg plastic drums.
Storage & Transportation: Store and transport as general chemicals.
Shelf Life: 2 years. Store in a dry, ventilated place.
